Using the site
The games on Neon Arcade are provided free, as-is, for personal entertainment. You may play them in a browser as often as you like. You may not resell, rebrand, decompile or redistribute the game builds, or embed them on another site for commercial purposes, without written permission.
No warranty
The games come with no warranty of any kind. We try to keep them working across browsers, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from bugs, or that saved progress survives a browser update or a cleared cache.
Offline pack
The offline pack is sold through itch.io and is subject to itch.io's terms of purchase in addition to these terms. It is licensed for personal use on devices you own.

The site displays advertising. Ad content is served by third parties and is not endorsed by us. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies work.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the games.
